An estimate for guidance, not an offer. Lenders decide on their own policy, your profile and the property.
Questions, answered
How much loan can I get against my property?
Usually up to about 75% of the market value for a home and about 70% for a shop or office, subject to the lender's conditions. Your salary and existing EMIs also set a limit; the lower of the two applies.
What decides my loan against property eligibility?
Two things: the property's value to the lender, and how much EMI your income supports. This calculator checks both and shows which one sets your limit.
How long can a loan against property run?
Up to 15 years, with the loan ending by age 65 of the older applicant.
Can I add rent from a let-out property?
Yes. Rent from a good tenant adds strength to your application, and a registered lease can support lease rental discounting. We can work that out on a call.
