Who we are

Aadhya Financial Consultancy ("Aadhya", "we", "us") is a loan advisory, loan DSA and loan syndication firm based in Thane, Maharashtra. We help salaried individuals, self-employed individuals and SME businesses find suitable funding from banks and NBFCs. We are not a bank or NBFC and do not lend.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form: your name, mobile number, whether you are salaried, self-employed or an SME, the loan you are looking for, an approximate amount, a good time to call, and any note you add.

When you message or call us: your number and what you choose to tell us on WhatsApp, phone or email.

If you become a client: the documents and financial information needed to assess your eligibility and present your case to lenders, such as identity and address proof, income documents, bank statements, financial statements, property papers and existing loan details.

When you download a free guide (the Home Buyer's Money Map or the Lender's View Self-Check): your name, mobile number and email ID, so we can send you the guide and follow up about it.

When you ask for your document checklist: the answers you choose (for example, your income type, co-applicant and property type, or your business type and turnover) go into a WhatsApp message that you send to us yourself.

Our calculators (EMI, eligibility, affordability, balance transfer, top-up and LAP) work entirely in your browser. What you enter there is not sent to us or stored.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and call you back.
  • To understand your requirement and assess which lenders' policies may fit your profile.
  • With your agreement, to present your case to banks and NBFCs and follow it through to sanction and disbursement.
  • To keep a record of our conversations and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information for any unrelated purpose. If you download a guide, we may contact you about it by call, WhatsApp or email, as you agreed on the form; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

  • Banks and NBFCs, only when you have asked us to take your case to them.
  • Credit bureaus and verification agencies, where a lender needs this as part of its assessment.
  • Service providers that help us run our business: Google (enquiries from our website forms are stored in Google Sheets and sent to us as email alerts), Microsoft (our business email runs on Microsoft 365), WhatsApp (Meta) for messages you send us, and Hostinger, our website host.
  • Government, regulatory or legal authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use two tools: Google Analytics, to understand which pages are useful and how visitors find us, and the Meta Pixel, to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring enquiries. These tools set cookies in your browser and receive technical details such as your IP address, device and the pages you visit. We do not send them your name, mobile number or email. With Google signals switched on, Google Analytics may also show us anonymous, grouped reports on visitors' approximate age range, gender and interests, based on Google accounts that have ad personalisation turned on. We never see who an individual visitor is. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the law or our lender agreements require. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

How we protect it

Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to help you. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

  • Ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how it is used.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
  • Ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, but we may no longer be able to help with your loan.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
  • Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
